About
My Name is Reshma and I am a passionate educator and I have been working in the field of education for more than 15years. My past experiences include working as a Dean of Students and Math Competitions Coordinator at Russian School of Math- Irvine, Abacus Trainer at Aloha Mind Math-Irvine, Lecturer of Computer and Mathematics in Pune University, India and Business Analyst in IT Industry . Currently, As a Google Certified Trainer , I train teachers and students in the use of Digital technology to help bring in creativity in their classrooms. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Mathematics, Masters in Computers and a Masters in Human Resources. Combining over 15 years of academic and Industry experience. I have a vision to mentor students and educators to enjoy differentiated learning experience.

It’s a continuous endeavor for educators to engage students in an innovative manner. If education tools are creative, fun and have a high impact, it will greatly enhance the way students learn and assimilate new knowledge. This is now possible by using new age Edtech tools.

Mastering Math requires consistent practice and repetition of topics. But if this practice is through real world examples, Math is no more daunting, boring and repetitive.
